A hurdler has been brutally humbled this week after having their genitalia exposed during a race - but thankfully, he was able to laugh it off.
Appearing at the at the Ostrava Golden Spike meeting in the Czech Republic yesterday (25 Jun), United States' athlete Chris Robinson was subjected to mass humiliation whilst taking part in the 400m hurdles, when he inadvertently 'unravelled.'
Mid-way through the competition, the 24-year-old appeared to pop out of his white running shorts, with his penis and testicles visible thumping against his upper leg.

Managing not to slow down for a second, Robinson attempted several times to place his genitalia back into his underwear, but was unable to.
Despite having his entire manhood hanging out, having failed to make any more readjustments, the sportsman was still able to overcome several more hurdles before launching himself over the finish line of Metsky Stadium track.

Even more miraculously, was that in spite of the embarrassing blunder, the American was able to finish in first place.

Robinson - who won gold at the World Athletics Relays in China last month - completed the competition by somersaulting over the line before laying down on his back.
The camera then zoomed in on the sport star, who was seen laughing at the mishap.
Unaware of what was to come, the official broadcaster for the event was unable to censor footage of the high-stakes race, exposing Robinson's penis to millions of spectators watching from the rest of the world.
And even worse, none of the replays were censored either.

The commentator for the event, World Athletics frontman Tim Hutchings told viewers of the athlete: "He was having an equipment failure, I think is probably the politest way to put it.

"That’s a brilliant run from the American, to be constantly adjusting certain parts of his equipment and certainly his anatomy down the home straight and that top bend."
Hutchings went on to joke during the actual race: "Goodness me… constant adjustments going on, manhandling going on with his left hand.

"It’s nearly a personal best with those constant adjustments going on. With that manhandling going on with his left hand manhandling.
"But boy he just stayed in front, dipping at the line."
Following Robinson's subsequent win, however, his co-commentator Hannah England was then forced to issue an apology to viewers being that tech bosses at the event were unable to censor the replays either. "We do apologise for the images here," she laughed.
"I don’t think the replays are being censored anywhere."

Hutchings went on to joke: "Perhaps in a race every two or three years you see scenes like this from men and women with parts of their equipment failing. It can make it very, very awkward, but that was a stunning effort to stay out in front with all that going on."
