Women are being warned of a sneaky 'calculator app' they need to look out for on their partner's iPhone.

If you're in the sad predicament that you think your partner is cheating, this one's for you.

TikToker @nuggetonai has warned that those leading a double life also might have two calculator apps to help them do it.

No, not to count how many women they've been with behind your back, but something far more sinister.

He explained: "If you're dating a guy and you go into his phone and type in the word calculator and he has two calculator apps, he's cheating on you."

The app in question works by deleting the photographs and media from elsewhere on the phone, so they are well and truly hidden inside.

So the nudes or the contacts from the person or people your partner might be cheating on you with could technically be on this app.

The app named 'Calculator# Hide Photos Videos' is the 108th most popular app in Apple's 'Utilities' category and that is no coincidence.

"It looks like a Calculator but it secretly hides your confidential Photos, Videos, Documents, Passwords, Notes, Contacts and To Dos. It disguises itself as a Calculator to make it impossible for prying eyes and hackers from discovering it. It is the most feature-rich app in the market in Security Category," the developers explained.

Calculator - Photo Vault comes with an 'Intruder selfie' taker, so if you put in the wrong password, the phone’s owner will know.

As if that wasn’t horrifying enough, if you happen to find the app and your partner is an android user, the Google Play app has an even worse additional feature.

Thankfully, the good people of the internet have been spreading awareness of this sneaky tactic all over social media, and not just on TikTok.

One Twitter user wrote: “If he has a calculator photo locker app sis, he is cheating on you.”

A second joked: “When your girlfriend skims past your secret ‘calculator’ nude app and you can keep cheating on her.”

Reacting to the original TikTok, one social media user summed up most of our feelings by writing: "That’s why we’re not dating men anymore."

Now, even though there are guys out there who wouldn't dream of doing this, the bad ones really do go out of their way to hide it.

You've been warned, everyone.
