Even when she's prepping for an appearance on This Morning, the icon that is Mrs Hinch has time to share some words of wisdom on keeping your bed sheets clean.
The Essex influencer was busy getting ready for the official release of her memoir, This Is Me, with a press tour that kicks off on the popular ITV breakfast show on Thursday 1st October.
Mrs Hinch - whose real name is Sophie Hinchliffe - had applied a layer of fake tan for her appearance, and shared a clever hack to save bed sheets from getting stained and mucky with her 3.7 million followers.

Clearly nervous as she chatted to her followers, she said: "I'm all over the show about tomorrow if I'm honest, I can't even think straight. It's such a big day!"
She continued: "I've had a shower, washed my hair, fake tanned as well."

Next, Mrs Hinch brought out a duvet cover, explaining: "I thought I'd share with you a little tip that I came across on the internet that I'm trying tonight."
"Once you've fake tanned, you get an old bed sheet, and you sleep in it. As mad as it sounds, you get into bed and sleep in [the sheet] as normal, and it stops any fake tan getting on your bed sheets."
Genius! Goodbye orange-streaked sheets. We'll definitely be trying this hack ourselves.
The cleaning influencer added that her duvet cover has "only cost £8 from eBay" - as we know, she loves a bargain.
The millionaire first revealed news of her memoir back in July in an emotional post shared with her followers.

We can't wait to hear all about the book in her upcoming rare TV appearance on This Morning. All hail the Hinch!
