A TikToker revealed exactly what trait to look for in a man to get a free drink ‘99 percent of the time'.

Let’s face it, we’ve all tried to sneak a free drink here and there - it's just human nature after all.

However, this 'foolproof' way could be a game-changer on your next night out - especially given it's high success rate.

The video - which was posted by @kendallkiper - explains: "I do this way more often than I care to admit.

"First thing you're going to do is you're going to go get in line at the bar and then you're going to start scouting.

"But it's very important the type of guy that you scout out.

“You need to look for a guy who looks like they have a super big ego - the bigger the ego the better and the easier this is probably going to be."

Kendall explains that you then approach the target and ask what he's drinking tonight.

This trick has a pretty high success rate.

"He's going to tell you, so let's say he's like, 'Oh, I'm about to order a tequila soda'," Kendall continues.

"And you're gonna be like, 'Oh, I love tequila sodas.' Or you could be like, 'Oh, I was going to order a vodka cran. I would love to buy your drink. Can I buy you a drink?'"

The TikToker reminds 'ego is a big factor in this', noting '99 percent of the time' this is what happens in response to you offering to buy a man their drink.

"They are going to look at you and be like, 'What? No! What? Like let you buy me a drink'," she explains.

Kendall admits it is 'a little f**ked up' but reminds followers: "Let's not forget how men like to treat us 95 percent of the time they treat us like s**t.

"So it's like, girl just go get your free drink and move on."

And people have flocked to the video to weigh in on the free drink hack.

One TikTok user said: "HELP this is so funny and smart ily but imagine this not working then you have to buy Chad a tequila soda lmfao."

"I don't trust this enough to try bc if it doesn't work and I end up buying some man a drink I will be ANGRY all night!" another echoed.

Kendall responded: "Girl that's why u ABORT MISSIONNNN have a friend watch and if it goes south she can run up to u w an excuse to leave NEVER DO DAT."

While many others flagged the issue of a man expecting a conversation after buying you a drink.

A user said: "The problem for me is I don't want to have a conversation after."

Although, others chimed in with their own hacks, such as one TikToker noting: "Meee I did this for my friend who had no money too. I'd say, 'It's ok I'm buying my friends drink' and they'd offer to buy hers too."

Another simply resolved: "Actually the smartest thing I've ever heard."
