A woman has been hailed a 'hero' for sharing an incredible hack to hide a camel toe.

TikToker Sophia Edmunds, who posts as @sophiaedmunds, said she learned the hack after wearing spandex, biker shorts and leggings while working as a dancer for 15 years.

At the beginning of her informative PSA clip, she said: "Every girl watching this video is gonna be like 'oh my God, why didn't I think of this sooner.'"
She adds: “You’re not like putting a pantyliner in there and trust me I’ve tried the pantyliner trick. Very uncomfortable.”
Women in the comments were beyond happy with the hack, which utilises an old item most people may have around the house.
