Forget the chocs and a dozen red roses, this Valentine's Day we've got our hearts set on... gin.
The geniuses at Edinburgh Gin have created a thing of beauty with their gin bouquets, which are a winning combination of a 70cl bottle of delicious gin and a matching hand-tied bouquet of flowers.
Gifts don't come much better than that.

Each bouquet takes inspiration from the botanical ingredients in the gin, from the citrus-fresh flavours of dried orange and lime to stems of rhubarb and lavender.
There are three eye-catching variations to choose from.
First up, there's the blush-pink gin for Valentine's Day, a refreshing floral blend made with ingredients like ivy rose, pale pink carnation, eucalyptus and other seasonal foliages.
For traditionalists, there's the Classic Edinburgh Gin variation. Described as a "clean, zesty" recipe, it combines ivory avalanche roses and peach carnation with blue thistle, lavender and pine cone.
Or how about the perfectly balanced Rhubarb and Ginger edition, with pink rose, white thistle, stems of rhubarb and dried lime?

Mmm, we're so ready to mix ourselves an ice-cold G&T.
Priced at £65, the gins and matching bouquets come prettily packaged in colour-coordinated packaging patterned with eye-catching prints.
If that isn't ginspiration enough for you, there are plenty of other delicious blends on Edinburgh Gin's site to choose from, with creative flavours like Bramble & Honey, Lemon & Jasmine and Seaside, made with juniper and a hint of salt.
Fancy gin not your thing?
