Couple Cruelly Mocked Over Son's Name That 'Sounds Like A Truck'

TikTok users made cruel comments to the new parents.

A couple have been cruelly mocked on TikTok over the name they chose for their baby son.

Mum Erin Elizabeth - aka @wink_and_a_twirl on TikTok - shared a video of their 'name reveal', blowing up three blue balloons and writing each letter of their baby's name on a different balloon.

You can watch the video below:

Although many followers were quick to congratulate the couple, others posted unkind comments.

One wrote: "Van like the shoe?"

While another said: "Like the car."

And another added: "Mini van."

One even commented: "Uh ppl shouldn’t have kids if you can’t have an actual name."

Others were quick to defend the name however, with one person writing: "Such a sweet name, I love it! 💙💙."

While a fourth commented: "My son is Van :) 🥰."
