Chiropractor Shares Simple At Home Trick To Help Bad Posture

It only takes ten minutes!

A chiropractor has shared his super easy at-home trick to fix bad posture and ease neck pain, and it only takes ten minutes out of your day.

Dr Dan Nye (or @thenyeropractors) shared the simple practice with his TikTok followers, promising to "fix your humpback."

Watch how he does it here:

In the clip, Dr Nye simply takes a chair and has his colleague lie on the ground, resting her legs up on the seat of the chair.

Placing a rolled-up towel under her neck and having her place her hands out by her side, the chiropractor claims that you only need to lie in the position for ten minutes per day to see changes in your posture.

TikTok users were floored (literally) by the simple fix, and shared that they were eager to try it out.

One excited user commented: "I will start today. I'm very self conscious of my posture. I feel that the older I get it's getting worse and sooner than later I will [have] a buffalo hump."

Another wrote: "OHMYGAD I was just thinking about how do I fix this biggest insecurity of mine, then your vid pops up!"

"Sweet Jesus, I need this," added a third.

Dr Nye didn't share exactly how long you need to keep up the routine before you see results, but we're definitely willing give it a go - especially if all we need to do is have a lie down!

This definitely looks like something we can manage. (

TikTok users were pleased to learn that the simple trick didn't require too much effort.

"I did it for 8 hours a day," joked one user.

"I'd fall asleep" wrote another.

A third asked: "Do walls work too because I never leave my bed lol."

This trick seems like a winner to us - particularly if working from home has you bent out of shape!

If you do have persistent back problems, it's best to speak to your GP.
