This changes everything.

Social media users have discovered a genius spoon trick, and some people are crediting it with 'changing their life'.

We've all faced the same baking conundrum - you need to add a tablespoon of honey (or something of a similar stickiness) to your bowl, but end up leaving half of it on the spoon.

Well, no more. Check out the genius hack below:

Taking to Instagram, the woman who shared the idea, @healing_with_holly22, explained the hack, adding: "Hate Measuring Sticky Stuff? Try this!"

And people are blown away by the trick, with many wondering how they never thought of it themselves.

One person wrote: "This blew mine and my wife’s mind!!!!!! Thanks for this simple yet life changing tip!"

While another said: "This changed my life."

And a third added: "20 years as a chef, and I was today years old when I saw this for the first time."

Meanwhile a fourth commented: "Wow I am definitely trying this, thank you!"

Others shared their own tricks, with another adding: "I spray mine with cooking spray and it slides right off the spoon."

And a second joked: "Good thing I don’t ever measure! I just know how much it what! Hahaha. Keep it even simpler!"

We're definitely trying this next time we bake with honey or syrup!

Earlier this week, we told you about another kitchen hack that people are loving.

It turns out there's a genius trick you can use to keep your avocados fresh for months at a time and it's honestly a game changer.
