People Are Obsessed With This Three-Ingredient Biscoff Cookie

And you don't even need an oven!

We love a Lotus Biscoff recipe. Who doesn't?

We also love being lazy in the kitchen, which makes this three-ingredient Biscoff cookie perfect for us.

You don’t need any eggs and you don’t even need an oven. In fact, this recipe only requires cooking time in a microwave, so it’s super quick too!

Watch the video below for how to make the cookies:

So, all you need is 100g Biscoff spread, 60g of plain flour (heat treated) and three tablespoons of milk.

Then mix them all together to form a dough and roll that into a ball. After greasing a plate, separate your dough into five smaller balls and make an indent with your finger in the middle.

Simply then put a blob of Biscoff spread in the centre of each and microwave at 750W or ‘High’ for one minute and then you’re ready to go!

How delicious does that look? And if you need any more reassurance, just look at all the excitement the cookies are drumming up online.

One person in the video replies said: “Oh my I'm trying this tonight”.

As another commented: “when I get my braces off and the kitchen is done, I'll be unstoppable with trying all these”.

Someone else exclaimed: “OHHH I LOVE BISCOFF, ESPECIALLY WITH PANCAKES”.

As a fellow TikTok user confirmed: “I tried it. It was amazing”.

Seems like yet another winner in the Biscoff recipe book.

If you fancy another homemade Biscoff treat, then why not try making Biscoff baked oats?

There are a few ways to go about creating the yummy concoction.

In the microwavable recipe, you need to firstly blend 40g of oats, 20g protein powder, half a tablespoon of sweetener, half a teaspoon of baking powder, 40g of yoghurt (or the original video creator says you can substitute this for banana) and 80ml of almond milk.

Then add three quarters of this blended batter into a bowl and add 15g of Biscoff spread to the middle and cover this with the rest of the batter.

Finally, add crushed lotus biscuit on top for the perfect crunchy topping and microwave for 60-90 seconds. Voila!
