Real reason I'm A Celeb's Nella Rose sensationally left camp
ITV confirmed she had to leave camp, but an insider has shared some more insight
After it was revealed that Nella Rose suddenly left the I’m a Celeb camp, many fans have been left wondering exactly what happened.
In yesterday’s episode, Nella, 26, was notably absent from the live segment of the show.
Addressing the missing influencer, Dec told viewers: “Now unfortunately, Nella is being seen by the medic so she'll be back later, but it means she's now exempt from this trial.”

Due to her absence, it was revealed that Hollyoaks actor Nick Pickard would finally be given the chance to complete his first Bushtucker Trial alongside Nigel Farage.
ITV later issued a statement confirming what had happened, saying: “For medical reasons, Nella Rose is being treated by the show's on-site medics and will be returning to camp shortly.
“As a result, she is exempt from the next trial.”
However - as is often the way - details remained fairly thin on the ground, although that hasn’t stopped curiosity rising.
Now a source close to Nella has shared a little more insight to the matter, claiming the incident had been considered a ‘medical emergency’.
While she’s been having a bit of a ‘rough time’ in camp, the insider also said the problem was related to her physical health, not mental health.
The source told The Sun: “It was unfortunate timing that Nella had to be taken out of camp just before the live scenes.
“She had to be seen by the team with a physical, medical emergency but it was dealt with swiftly.
“Nella has had a rough time so far but she is a tough cookie and will be back smiling and laughing with the other campmates in no time - this wasn’t anything to do with her mental health.”
Food critic Grace Dent was recently forced to quit the show, also on 'medical grounds'.
A letter from Grace was read out to her former campmates, explaining her decision to leave.
In the statement - read out to the contestants by Hollyoaks actor Nick Pickard - she said: "My Dear campmates, I'm so sorry to let you down. I have left the camp for medical reasons.
"My heart is broken, I have loved and enjoyed getting to know you all. You've held me up and it's been a pleasure being your friend through this experience.
"Leaving you all at this stage will be one of the saddest things in my life. I love you all. Your friend, Miss Grace Dent."
