Ever since the latest season of Married At First Sight UK dropped last week, fans have been going absolutely wild for all the altar chaos, relationship mishaps and bombshell revelations we've been tuning into every night.

Now, there's already been an avalanche of buzz from viewers surrounding this year's couplings but one of the most controversial pairings seems to be the likes of Adam Nightingale and Polly Sellman.

And the latest drama surrounding the Channel 4 programme sees fans issue a stark warning to the hopeful bride after spotting a major red flag during their commitment ceremony.

MAFS UK viewers were already left baffled over Adam's comments about his new missus, as he revealed: "The initial attractions not 100 percent there. She's not my usual type. 10 out of 10 for me would be petite, brunette, dark features, tan. She's not what I expected."

Later on, the groom revealed to the cameras: "Oh, the wedding night it did get a bit intimate.

"Thinking about it, I realised that maybe I shouldn't have done it just because I don't know where my head's at."

He's also been slammed for his 'vile' behaviour towards Polly and has given sofa critics 'the ick' over his 'shameful' reaction to another bride - and the latest critique now is all about his body language.

One viewer took to X sharing a picture of Adam sat with his arms crossed leaning both his body and face away from Polly who was draped around him with her head on his shoulder and arm around his neck.

They captioned the post: "This girl needs to leave Adam alone...Look at this body language."

A second chimed in: "Was about to tweet the same. I wanted to scream out loud 'he's just not that into you' FFS girl stop fawning over him. Find your worth and realise he's not interested. If he wants you he will show you!"

"He's quite literally pulling away from her," quipped a third, "she needs to find her worth, and quickly."

A fourth piped up: "This was awkward to watch. He does not deserve her."

"Even when they walked in for the 1st get together after the weddings she had her arm wrapped round him like look look he's my man & were happy BUT he's body language was like... please GTF of me!" pointed out a fifth.

Another concerned fan penned: "It's getting a bit embarrassing if I'm honest. Feel sorry for her."

And a final X user echoed: "It’s clear there’s some tension there. She might need to reassess what she wants…"

Married at First Sight UK airs every Monday to Thursday at 9pm on E4.
