Married At First Sight UK's Kieran has issued a pretty blunt message ahead of the emotional dinner party that sees him and wife Kristina break down.
Given the track record of previous dinner party blow-outs, I'm sure we're all beyond excited to sink our teeth into tonight's upcoming instalment (30 October) to see how all the drama we've seen this week so far will play out.
Specifically, fans of the programme are super keen to catch an update on the status of Kieran and Kristina's relationship - especially after the whole 'list' ordeal last night.

Taking to Instagram earlier this afternoon (30 October), Kieran teased fans with what's to come in tonight's episode - urging Channel 4 viewers at home to even stock up on tissues given the tears that are sure to ensue.
The reality TV star began by explaining: "This experiment is way more difficult than you can ever imagine. To be matched with a total stranger to work out if you can see yourself spending the rest of your lives together within a matter of weeks.. the emotions that you fast track through are unexplainable."
Kieran continued to warn fan that the upcoming episode will be extremely 'heavy' as he and Kristina 'pour their hearts out once again'.
"Nip to your corner shop and grab some tissues before 9pm, cause it’s super emotional for every single one of us on that table tonight," he suggested.
Opening up about the MAFS UK fans' reception throughout the series, Kieran shared: "It’s really hard to stay strong when folk are talking utter b*llocks about your life off the back of literal minutes of what we go up to.
"I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again… TV is edited."
Changing the subject slightly, he also took a moment to praise his missus, adding: "How incredible does Kristina look please."
Then going back to his initial point about online trolls, Kieran rounded off the caption with a pretty blunt message to shut them up once and for all.
He instructed: "For any trolls that are trying their best to attack me online without even knowing me… make a list, write everything down what you don’t like about me… then roll it up into a ball and shove it up your a*se."
Ouch.
Kieran concluded the post reminding viewers at home of a basic lesson in manners
"If you can’t say anything nice say nothing at all… we have all been brave enough to take part in this experiment and completely open up our hearts to the world… and until you’ve sat on that sofa facing the experts… and understand that TV is edited… you can.. not.. judge," he resolved.
Married at First Sight UK airs every Monday to Thursday at 9.00pm on E4.
