A Married At First Sight UK contestant has issued an emotional trigger warning ahead of tonight's instalment, following a heated bust-up with her partner.
Taking to Instagram today, Charlie Curtis - who is paired with Eve Reid on the hit reality series - penned the heartfelt statement and has since been inundated with support from followers.
The warning follows some heartbreaking scenes, which played out between the couple during last night's episode (1 October), which itself followed weeks of confrontation.

Previously in the series, Channel 4 aired a fall out that the two endured after the reality show's resident love experts had asked them to write letters to each other discussing their lives and their relationship.
Charlie opened up to Eve about the effect of her parents split, as well as her subsequent estrangement from her dad.
Viewers were then horrified to hear that Eve hadn't even written a letter, an admission which resulted in another confrontation, after which thousands of viewers branded Eve a 'gaslighter'.
And during last night's instalment, it emerged that Eve had been talking about the arguments within her marriage to some of the fellow brides.

This left her co-star Polly dubbing Charlie a 'bully' as a result - a comment which appeared to please Eve.
Charlie was subsequently left heartbroken as she told Eve she felt as though she'd been portrayed too harshly.
"You didn't tell me that you thought I was a bully," she could be seen breaking down in tears. "You haven't even given me a chance to even build a relationship with them."

Through tears, Charlie admitted: "I can't do this. I can't do this anymore."
And now, ahead of yet another emotionally-arduous episode, Charlie has issued a warning to viewers, pleading with them to tune in with caution.
Sharing a snap alongside her 'wife', she penned in the caption: "Unfortunately another hard watch tonight guys.
"I apologise in advance to anyone this may be triggering, but I hope the fact these things have been highlighted for what they are and people seeing it play out in black and white, I can help othersđ©·"
