I'm sure many of us are keen to find out what going on with this year's Married At First Sight UK contestants - especially after particularly explosive episodes.

Well, lucky for us, bride Sacha Jones revealed exactly what she and her fellow MAFS UK brides nattered about following last night's (30 October) beyond dramatic dinner party.

Complete with messages, voicenotes and a bunch of expletives - let's just say that these lasses don't hold back when it comes to speaking their minds on how they really feel about the programme.

Have a look below:

Sacha took to her Instagram Story to share the screen recording of the group chat which was titled 'Mafs Gals' with a heart arrow emoji with a DP showing a white background with black text that read 'Bride Vibes'.

From the members preview, you can make out 'aims Bride', who is most likely Amy Kenyon, 'Barnsey' which could be a nickname for Emma given her surname is Barnes and 'Holly' (Ditchfield) before it cuts off.

Sacha captioned the screen recording: "This gc [group chat] gives me joke."

In the video, a bride can be heard saying on a voicenote: "The absolute audacity of them [producers] putting 'to take part, please f**king apply'.

"Who the f**k wants to apply after such a traumatic episode?!"

The voicenote got two cry laughing emojis before Sacha then responded: "You kiss whoever's a**e is convenient at the time.

"I mean, personally, I love it. The public are gonna hate it, but I f**king love it."

Sacha's message clearly went down well, given that it got three cry laughing emojis.

Sionainn Carmichael then typed: "That was intense guys."

And Kristina Goodsell added: "Very."

During last night's dinner party, Kieran Chapman and Ross McCarthy had a chat about their relationships, sharing advice on how to navigate the sometimes tricky world of marriage.

After their chinwag, Ross asked Kieran lightheartedly asked for a kiss as a thank you, prompting Kieran to give him a peck on the cheek.

Some MAFS UK fans were far from happy with the situation, considering the fact Kieran doesn't kiss his wife Kristina, with one X user writing: "Kieran kisses the boys more than his wife.

"That kiss on the cheek from Ross, the kiss to Adam and Polly, but Kieran doesn't have intimacy with his wife," slammed a second.

A third chimed in: "Ross & Kieran stop it I can’t."

"Sorry did Kieran just kiss Ross… again???" questioned a fourth, while a fifth echoed: "Kieran kissing everyone but his wife."

Others, however, found the moment quite sweet.

"Awww bless Ross what a sweetheart," chirped one X user.

A second praised: "Aw how lovely was Ross just then."

A third penned: "Oh Ross bless your heart."

Another echoed: "Aw Ross."

And a final X user declared: "Ross and Kieran best couple really."

Married at First Sight UK airs every Monday to Thursday at 9.00pm on E4.
