MAFS UK's Adam revealed his new transformation on social media
Married at First Sight UK's Adam has taken to Instagram to reveal his body transformation following the show.
Adam Nightingale's time on MAFS was far from steady, but it seems as though the star is looking after himself following his time on the fan-favourite Channel 4 show.
The 33-year-old barber proudly shared his new look on social media with fans, revealing he had lost significant weight.

The reality star was initially unimpressed with the experts on MAFS, after pairing him up with curvy redhead Polly Sellman.
Adam said his type was 'petite brunettes', but fans weren't fond of how brutally he delivered the information.
But it seems months after the show wrapped filming, Adam has put his own fitness first.
Back in October, the star shared a clip of himself in the gym, with the caption: "Sunday full body workout… training to tone up now, not get big… 2 & half stone weight loss, but we still pushing."
He noted that 'toning' muscles was more important to him now than any more gains.
"Weighing 13 stone 7. 10-15 reps x4 no slacking," he added.
But it seems as though he isn't the only one getting in the gym following the show.
His on-screen bride Polly has also shared her own transformation.
In a post, she said: "This has been an ongoing journey since the end of March, and since then I've lost around 2 stone (with some help).
"It's not until I look at these photos back that I really do see how different I look."
The former bride added: "I still have a little way to go to get to my goal weight.
"Then, when I'm there, it's going to be building strength and maintaining the weight I've lost without living a restricted lifestyle and keep a healthy relationship with food and drink."
Adam recently joked on his stories, crediting his transformation to going from a 'married man' to a 'single man'.
Despite the pair calling it quits for good at the reunion episode, they do still follow each other on Instagram.
Describing the journey he had on the show, the former groom wrote: "I thought I came out of this experiment alone, but I was wrong.
"I left with some amazing friends, and memories that will last a lifetime."
