After seven years and three seasons, Euphoria officially came to a dramatic end last night.

Creator Sam Levinson finally confirmed that the third season of the HBO TV show, which has been airing for the past month, is the conclusion to the story.

Episode eight graced screens in the US on Sunday (31 May), before becoming available in the UK today (1 June).

From a devastating main character death to seriously intense moments and storylines being wrapped up, the 93-minute-long episode had viewers on the edge of their seats.

But, as the cast are reflecting on their time on the show, fans are just now realising that there is one scene that apparently never made the cut.

Sydney Sweeney, who’s played Cassie for all three seasons, took to Instagram yesterday to share a highlight reel of photos and videos taken behind the scenes and during season three.

Among them was a picture of the star, 28, in character, as she danced on a pole in the strip club where Rue (Zendaya) worked, The Silver Slipper.

The photo showed her wearing a glitzy, silver-lingerie style ensemble as she hung upside down from the pole, with people filming her and money being flung beneath her.

Now, from dressing up as a puppy and a baby to becoming a giantess, Cassie has had her fair share of controversial scenes this season as she became an OnlyFans girl.

However, this particular stripper scene actually never saw the light of day on Euphoria, which has led fans to question why it’s been cut.

One X user furiously penned: “So the strip club scene of Cassie was cut? Sam Levinson, you will pay for this #Euphoria.”

While a second theorised: “There were 3 endings for Cassie, this was one of them.”

And a third guessed: “I think it was just a picture that the actress wanted to take in scenario,” but a fourth and fifth pointed out: “No, there was a whole scene for it” and “No, it was in the trailers.”

A sixth viewer penned: “Jacob said Sam was writing the show as he went along, so that explains why we never saw it. He probably had an idea about making Cassie a stripper, then made her an OnlyFans model.”

While someone else pointed out: “That Cassie scene, Sydney must've trained like crazy for it, she even posted a pic of the scene, and it still got cut ffs.”

And another fan agreed: “It's absurd they made her do that f***ing difficult maneuver, imagine how much she must've had to bust her ass to pull off that scene.”

Someone else simply wrote: “Damn, they cut so many scenes.”

As well as selfies and photos with her co-stars, Sydney also shared snaps from her character's wedding to Nate (Jacob Elordi), which showed her lying on the floor drinking from a champagne bottle, that fans seemingly don't recognise.

It comes after HBO previously deleted and re-uploaded the ‘Weeks Ahead’ trailer for Euphoria Season three to edit out a controversial scene involving Sydney Sweeney's character, who was dressed up as a baby while filming for her OnlyFans content.

According to Mashable, HBO deleted, then re-uploaded it, after the shot had been digitally altered to remove the visible nudity under Cassie's hoodie.

Tyla has contacted HBO for comment.
