Denise Richards made her Real Housewives comeback this week, but fans noticed she seemed like... well, a 'f***ing hot mess.'
Denise Richards officially quit Real Housewives of Beverly Hills back in 2020.
She enjoyed a drama-filled last season when rumours emerged claiming she had been having an 'affair' with Brandi Glanville, 47.

However, she did make a cameo in this week's episode.
She returned as a guest at a cannabis themed dinner party, alongside another ex-Housewife, Camille Grammer.
But fans noticed she seemed a little ... out of it.
Denise was approached by Erika Jayne, who asked if she would be partaking in the THC edibles.
“I don’t wanna eat that stuff. I’ve smoked weed twice in my life, and I’m good. I’m not gonna say who I did that with,” Denise replied.
She then looked directly at the camera and winked, while appearing to gurn her mouth.
As the dinner continued, Denise seemed worse for wear.
In fact, other atendees noticed she didn't seem her usual self.
Denise wondered aloud, “Did she have too much of the hors d’oeuvres?” when Kyle Richards and Sutton Stracke were absent from the dining table.
“Well, you know what I’m talking about,” she added while tucking her chin into her neck and once more gurning her lips to the side.
It's safe to say Denise's appearance did not go unnoticed by RHOBH fans.
Many questioned whether she was mentally stable, or indeed, totally sober.
“Denise Richards was a HOT 🔥 F***ING MESS tonight,” one person tweeted.
“I love denise richards… but my sis looks CRAZY,” another wrote.
“What’s wrong w Denise?” a third fan asked.
“I think it’s safe to assume that Denise Richards got her pre-party on. I’m fully here for it though,” another guessed.
“what is up with denise and all of these faces she’s making?” another X user asked.
“Denise is on another planet & I’m living,” someone else tweeted.
“Was Denise Richards on something last night? No offense, she just seemed wayyy too out of it,” one more wrote.
A final fan joked: "I just KNOW Lisa Rinna is home cackling over the shit show return of Denise Richards #RHOBH"
