Celebrity Big Brother’s Louis Walsh reveals famous Hollywood actor ‘auditioned for Boyzone’

Louis has been dishing the goss again.

There's barely been an episode of Celebrity Big Brother where Louis Walsh hasn't dished the goss about other celebs.

At this rate, he'll have lifted the lid on everyone he's ever worked with.

Wednesday's episode (20 March) is no different, with the music manager revealing that a very famous face once applied for Boyzone.

Our minds are totally blown.

Louis wasn't impressed with the nominations.

Louis came under fire last week after he made some surprising comments about iconic duo, Jedward.

In case you're not caught-up with the whole Louis-Jedward saga, the 71-year-old discussed what it was like working with the twins claiming: "They were vile… I got five million quid with them, I swear on my mother’s life.

"They were novelty, they were great for the show."

The musicians - whose real names are John and Edward Grimes - later took to X to share with their 645.4K followers their reaction to Louis' comments with a series of tweets.

Jedward responded: "Louis Walsh is a cold hearted b***ard who didn’t even send us flowers when our mom died.

"Louis Walsh B**ched and talked about us to our best friend Tara Reid and then we fired him!""

And now, Louis has lifted the lid on another celeb, revealing that Colin Farrell once auditioned for Boyzone.

The Hollywood actor apparently auditioned to be in the boyband, but Louis told him that he 'couldn't sing'.

Sitting in the kitchen with Colson and Fern, Louis said: “I know him very well as he auditioned for Boyzone and he told me he wanted to be an actor, I knew him from Dublin.

"I said ‘you can’t sing, I can’t give you the gig’ because I knew him very well. And he said to me ‘oh I wanna be an actor’ and I said ‘you’re wasting your f**king time.’”

Tyla has reached out to Colin Farrell's rep for comment.

In Wednesday's ep, Louis also opens up on the proudest moment in his career, admitting that Simon Cowell actually changed his life.

He also said that he felt 'lucky' to still be working.

“Honestly, I think I’m lucky to be still working," he told Colson.

"I think I’m lucky to have gotten a break originally with Boyzone, that started my life.

"Simon Cowell changed my life because I met him, I did so many things with him. I think I’m just lucky to be working, that’s absolutely true, and still getting away with it!”

Celebrity Big Brother continues on Wednesday 20 March at 9pm on ITV1.
