A brand-new horror series, aptly titled Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen, hit our screens just last week (26 March) and has already climbed to the No. 2 in Series Today on UK Netflix.

The eight-parter, which is executive produced by the Duffer Brothers, stars the likes of Daisy Jones & The Six actress Camila Morrone alongside Adam DiMarco, who starred in the second season of The White Lotus.

The series follows couple Rachel (Morrone) and Nicky (DiMarco) in the lead-up to their wedding but, before the pair can say 'I do', they become forced to face their own dread-inducing questions about commitment, all while grappling with a 'deliciously fresh horror twist' as they become haunted by the growing certainty that disaster is looming.

Despite being out for a few days now, it's clear the hype surrounding Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen is showing no fans of dying down anytime soon especially after fans clocked where they recognised Nicky from.

While many will remember the 35-year-old Canadian actor as Albie Di Grasso in The White Lotus, he also starred as none other than Gavin Morgan in the 2012 Disney film, Radio Rebel, alongside Debby Ryan.

His character was the guitarist for the band 'The Gs' at Lincoln Bay High, acting as the popular yet kind love interest to the shy protagonist, Tara Adams, played by Jessie star Ryan.

After finally making the realisation, fans rushed to social media with one X user writing: "They mention Adam DiMarco as an actor known for The White Lotus. But we real fans know him from (I stand up) RADIO REBEL."

Another chimed in: "Watching something very bad is going to happen I remembered how Adam DiMarco has always been my José Bezerra bc like he has Radio Rebel on his resume

And a final fan echoed: "Adam DiMarco getting his flowers that I knew he deserved since Radio Rebel."

Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen currently has an 83% score on Rotten Tomatoes' Tomatometer with many fans clearly very into it, despite the creepy nature of it.

"Something Very Bad Is Going to Happen was so good. What a fun unique mystery thriller," praised one Netflix viewer while a second beamed: "Halfway through Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen on Netflix and it's SOOOO creepy and good."

And a third added: "I'm going to need everyone to sit down and watch Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen. I just binged it and it’s so good!"

Something Very Bad Is Going To Happen is currently available to stream on Netflix.
