The 2021 drama series, which originally aired in 2021 on ITV, only has four episodes making it the perfect post-work watch.

Inspired by true events, the show stars Luke Evans who portrays a police officer determined to reopen a cold case in order to finally track down a serial killer.

The series follows how his character, Detective Superintendent Steve Wilkins, and his team as they begin to uncover the evidence needed to convict John William Cooper - a man already in custody for the brutal 1985 murders of siblings Richard and Helen Thomas.

Dubbed by the Metro as 'one of the best true crime series of all time', Keith Allen takes on the role of Cooper, who is also branded the 'Bullseye Killer' after terrorising a South Wales community back the 1980s.

Cooper also committed the 1989 brutal double-murder husband and wife Peter and Gwenda Dixon, yet, was only charged for his heinous crimes decades later in 2011.

He received four life sentences for the murders.

The series is none other than The Pembrokeshire Murders and you can watch the official trailer here:
