After months of teasing a brand new single which is dedicated to his daughter Hailie, rap star Eminem has released a video for the number.

The musician's eldest child has been widely recognised by the public as the apple of his eyes, with her name already having featured in a handful of his chart-topping songs throughout the years.

Not only has the rapper - real name Marshall Bruce Mathers III - lifted the lid on his prior difficulties in paying for his parenting duties as a young father, having raised his daughter in an impoverished area of Missouri, but he's also opened up on his adoration for his recently-married 28-year-old.

Titled 'Temporary', one of his newly-released songs features the voice of Eminem's now podcaster/social media influencer daughter - whom he shares with long-term ex, Kimberly Anne "Kim" Scott.

It is believed the song is a love letter from the 51-year-old to his former little girl, written as though he has passed away.

Whilst the intro includes lines spoken and sung by Hailie herself, the rapper can later be heard telling listeners: "Yeah, so Hailie Jade, I wrote you this song / To help you cope with life now that I'm gone / How should I start? Just wanna say /

Look after Eleana, Stevie and Uncle Nate."

Eminem continues: "And, sweetie, be strong; I know I was your rock, and I still am / Saying goodbye is just not ever easy / Why you crying? Just stop Hailie, baby, dry your eyes, this is not forever."

In the clip, several images of the father-daughter duo together can be seen, including many which don't appear to have yet been released to the public.

Now, some fans are gushing over the emotional clip, with many taking to the comments to claim they've been left 'in tears'.

"How many times u gon make us drop a tear man?" one asked.

Another added: "bro stop making us cry by dropping these music videos".

A third added: "Thank you for sharing these sweet moments with us. It is truly a gift and one that I, for one, don’t take for granted."

"Pretty song... Beautiful lyrics and Melody for your daughter..." another went on.

A fifth joked: "Bro wants us to cry twice in a row"
