Priya Jaswal has added fuel to the fire by once again apologising for 'job-shaming' her Love Island co-star, Elicia.
Last week, viewers watched on with discomfort as Priya, a business development manager, appeared to aim at former bombshell Elicia and her job as a team organiser at National Rail.
Sitting with Mica, Kavan, Jasmine and Aidan, the group discussed opinions coming from outside the villa and Elicia's comments on After Sun, which was shown during the Grafties. Elicia called Priya the 'biggest game player' in the villa.
"I don’t care what Elicia says. I don’t care. It’s cringy. Go back to the National Rail," she raged. "Elicia, you work for the National Rail, why are you f**king sitting in Aftersun?"
Priya was been called out for 'job-shaming' Elicia (ITV) During an appearance on Aftersun alongside Aidan after the pair were dumped on Friday (24 Jul), Priya made a heartfelt apology to Elicia and said her statement was ‘completely out of line’.
She said: “I really let the feelings in there over seven to eight weeks that were bubbling up of emotion. I think [the] fellow Islanders can also vouch for the fact that when you get to seven or eight weeks in there, you are just like, ‘wow’. It’s the feelings, the emotions that get very, very heightened, and I think it was very out of hand for me and I came on a bit of smoke because of that.”
During tonight's live finale, Priya once again addressed the controversy.
"At the end of the day, it was very much that I was telling you to go back to your job, like, go back to your day job, basically," she attempted to explain herself to Elicia. "And kind of keep my name out of your mouth.
Elicia was on the receiving end of the controversial comments (ITV) "That was where I was coming from."
Priya continued: "It's nothing to do with the actual where you work. I mean, I sell eyedrops for a living - whether you work for the Bank of England, you could have worked at Boots, you could have worked anywhere. I was mainly just referencing, 'Go back to your job and keep my name out your mouth'.

Unsurprisingly the comments haven't gone down too well with viewers, many of whom slammed producers for allegedly prompting her to apologise all over again following last week's Aftersun appearance.
"everyone laughing at priya over explaining herself but this is now the second or third time she’s had to apologise on the spot, it’s getting so boring," one X user hit out.
"Priya stop apologizing pls they don’t deserve it sister," another wrote.
Another agreed: "Mind you Priya did a full on apology on aftersun yesterday. No clue why they’re making her do it AGAIN!"
