The grieving mother of The Only Way Is Essex star Jake Hall's child has come forward to issue a statement following his passing aged 35.
A spokesperson at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) confirmed the news of Jake's death to Tyla in a statement reading: "We are supporting the family of a British man who has died in Spain and are in contact with the local authorities."
The Sun reports that an ongoing investigation is being led by the Spanish Civil Guard.
Jake leaves behind the mother of his child, Misse Beqiri, with whom he had an on-and-off relationship from 2016.

The couple welcomed their daughter, River, in November 2017.

They got engaged in May 2018, but later that year, Jake was served with a restraining order in December.
In a statement to Tyla, Misse’s representatives shared: "At this time, Misse’s focus is on supporting and protecting their child as they come to terms with this devastating loss. The family are asking for privacy, compassion and respect while they grieve privately."
Jake rose to fame on TOWIE back in 2015.
He appeared on the hit TV show between seasons 14 and 17.

Meanwhile, Misse joined The Real Housewives of Cheshire for its third series as a 'Housewife' back in 2016.
Tributes have flooded in for Jake, with one fan writing on social media: "Rest In Peace Jake! keep dancing up there!"
"Rest in peace such sad news," penned a second, while a third lamented: "So shocked to see that he has passed away. So young really sad for him, and his little daughter. Just awful."
And a final fan added: "So sad to see the devastating news. Sending all my love to your beautiful daughter, family and friends. Terrible news."
Tyla has reached out to the Spanish Civil Guard for comment.
