Where Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have disappeared to after stepping away from public eye

For a hot minute fans were treated to a whole load of Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce outings, but it seems Swifties all over have been itching for their latest fix of the beloved couple after they went off the radar.

Ever since the Super Bowl back in February, we haven't seen much of 35-year-old Tay and Trav, also 35, with sources coming forward to share the reason as to why they've seemingly 'disappeared' after stepping away from the public eye.

Now, as we know, Travis' team the Kansas City Chiefs lost 40 - 22 to the Philadelphia Eagles - an event which seemed to perfectly coincide with the end of Taylor's record-breaking Eras Tour, which concluded in December of last year.

Earlier this week (1 April), a source told Us Weekly that the couple - who first went public with their romance in the summer of 2023 - 'needed time for themselves'.

Assuring any concerned fans out there worried about the status of their relationship, the insider confirmed: "Taylor and Travis are doing great, and they’re still very much together and in love.

"They’re just taking a break from the public eye."

"Travis wants to take [a breather] from the public eye," said a separate source. "He was working too much last year, and he didn’t play as well as he wanted.

"He wants to have a good season and not have the focus be on his relationship with Taylor."

Another source explained: "Taylor and Travis have been between Kansas, Nashville, Rhode Island and New York."

According to the insider, the pair have hung out with each other’s families during their downtime as well while also enjoying watching movies together or working out.

"Just doing nothing at all has been a dream of theirs for a while," they added.

And a final insider chimed in: "Obviously the [Eras Tour] threw them into the spotlight.

"[Now] they’re enjoying some R&R after working their butts off, making the most of their time off. They’re fully living their best lives."

Taylor recently shared her reaction to the news that Travis' older brother, Jason, welcomed his fourth daughter with his wife, Kylie.

The 'Cruel Summer' singer liked the happy parents' Instagram announcing the birth of the newborn who they've sweetly named Finnley - or 'Finn' for short - Anne Kelce.
