Susan Boyle has shocked fans by teasing a glamorous ‘new era’ and switching up her look on social media.
The 65-year-old Scottish singer and Britain’s Got Talent star looks completely unrecognisable in new pictures she shared with her 197,000 followers on Instagram yesterday (28 May).
She ditched her traditional short, curly brown hair for a striking blonde bob, a giant Kardashian-style brown fur coat, a velvet tracksuit, and a pair of sunnies.
Boyle shared a paparazzi shot of her walking across the street and in the car, as well as a slew of pictures taken in Metropolis Studios in Chiswick, London.

Metropolis is Europe's largest independent recording complex and one of the most storied rooms in music history - where Queen, George Michael, Adele, Amy Winehouse, Elton John, Madonna, Harry Styles, and Lady Gaga, to name just a few, have all recorded.
She cryptically wrote in her caption: “A new era starts tomorrow.”

The post has already racked up more than 100,000 likes with the comments flooding in, hilariously branding the singer a ‘diva’.
The singer later followed up with a post reading: “I’ve heard it’s Susan Boyling out there… and it’s about to get hotter. Just One is out soon xx.”
She shared a picture of the back of her brown velvet tracksuit, which reads: “Just One’ in gold lettering.
While some people think Boyle is teasing new music, others have suggested it could actually be a marketing collaboration with the Italian ice cream brand Cornetto.

This is down to the font on the tracksuit, the brand dropping an eyes emoji in the comments, and the captions both including ‘#ad’.
Either way, people are well and truly obsessed with the British icon’s comeback and new look, whether it’s ice cream-related or not.
Even Katy Perry joked in the comments: “i dreamt this dream,” while singer Laufey added: “oh we’re sat!!!!!!”
Other fans chimed in with: “I’m sorry what??? we are SAT Susan!!!!!” and “Now this is a diva.”

Someone else wrote: “The queen of music is back!” while another penned: “I know that’s right Susan!”
Boyle first shot to fame almost two decades ago when she shocked everyone with her impressive rendition of 'I Dreamed A Dream' from the musical Les Miserables on Britain’s Got Talent.
Although she missed out on the win, she went on to release a whopping eight albums and, according to The Mirror, has earned an incredible £22million throughout her career.
Her last full-length album was her compilation album, Ten, which was released on May 31, 2019, and celebrated the 10th anniversary of her Britain's Got Talent debut.
As for what’s next, we’ll have to wait and see…
