After Taylor Swift got brutally booed at the Super Bowl, fans are starting to wonder if things really were as they seemed - with many claiming there's a very good reason behind the cruel reaction... and it's likely not what you're thinking.
She's there to support Kelce as the Kansas City Chiefs take on the Philadelphia Eagles, hopefully making it a 'three-peat' if they can come out victorious for the third consecutive year.
As the singer watched from her seat, cameras cut to show her on the big screen with her name displayed underneath - as if she needed any introduction, of course.
While fans tuning in at home will have no doubt let out an excited scream at the TV, the reaction from the crowd wasn't quite so positive.
As Swift was shown on the jumbotron, it prompted a chorus of boos from the crowd.
Thankfully, she didn't seem too bothered, initially looking slightly confused before flashing a quick smirk and giving a side-eye.
After spotting the incredible moment, one fan tweeted: "Taylor Swift shown on the jumbotron for the first time and HEAVILY booed. She gave a little side eye in response."
Someone else said: "She dgaf."
A third wrote: "Taylor's face says it all!"
NFL fans have previously expressed their frustration at Swift attending Chiefs games, claiming the attention she inevitably gets often takes away from the sport itself.
But many people reckon that, on this occasion, the adverse reaction may have been down to something else entirely.
Sharing their theory, one tweeted: "Everyone right now 'the crowd boos Taylor swift!!?' Guys.. the crowd is 80% eagles fans. Of course they booed Taylor.
"Don’t worry, our girl is loved deeply, and she knows it."

Another also put it down to the 'Eagles-heavy crowd', while a fourth added: "Holy s**t - Taylor Swift was just on the big screen and was aggressively booed. That’s how loud these eagles fans are rn."
One person also came to her defence, pointing out the irony of the booing if it really did come predominantly from Eagles fans.
"If it’s eagles fans booing, she’s from Philly area and was a life long eagles fan…" they said, with Swift's dad Scott famously a huge Eagles supporter.
