In a world where the vast majority of big-name stars prefer to remain tight-lipped about the various nips, tucks and lifts they've undergone, Sofia Vergara is an open book.
The Modern Family actress has never been one to shy away when asked about going under the knife, and this week, she's made a rather bold admission about her further surgery plans, revealing she'll do all she can to prevent the signs of aging.
The on-screen bombshell who, if you can believe it, is also a 51-year-old mother-of-one, first took to our screens all the way back in 2002, when she bagged several minor television roles whilst working as a part-time model.

In the years that followed, however, Colombia-born Sofia would go on to become one of the highest-paid female stars in history after bagging a role in multi-award winning sitcom, Modern Family.
For her role as fiery mum-of-two Gloria Pritchett, she was nominated for four Golden Globe Awards and four Primetime Emmy Awards.
As well as inspiring hundreds of aspiring performers throughout her time in the spotlight, Sofia has always been a breath of fresh air when it comes to the realities of stardom, specifically when it comes to keeping up appearances.
Speaking to press, Sofia - who also appeared in Netflix banger Griselda earlier this year - has previously opened up about the work she's had done, revealing she's a user of botox, but draws the line at filler.

"I've been doing Botox for a long time in my neck, [around] my eyes," she admitted. "I donât believe in filler. I feel filler does good when you're really young and you want a little bit more cheeks or to plump your lips a little bit. At my age â 51 â I feel it's not going to make you look younger.
"It is going to make you look more done. And I feel like it actually doesn't pull you up; it kind of weighs [you down]. So I am against that, once you hit a certain age."
Speaking to Allure, she added, however, that she's certainly not a fan of aging, confessing she shouts 'f**k you!' at the TV when it plays her sitcom episodes out of chronological order.

"Something that I hate is when I am watching sometimes an episode of Modern Family, and they don't come in order," she teased.
"They put one from the first season when I was 37 and then the one 10 years later right after."
And when it comes to her plans to tackle aging, Sofia claimed she doesn't plan on shying away from going under the knife for a permanent procedure.

"I feel like I'm going to do every plastic surgery that I can do when I'm ready. I wish I had more downtime; I would've done stuff already," she told the publication.
"[But] because I'm in front of the camera, it's not like I can do something and then sit in my house recuperating for weeks."
If someone as beatiful as Sofia Vergara is resigned to anti-aging surgical precedures, what hope is there for us regular folk?
What happend to 'age ain't nothing but a number'?
