With the happy news that Selena Gomez and Benny Blanco are now engaged, it seems no one is happier for the couple than Taylor Swift - who was unable to hold back her joy in a frankly iconic comment on Instagram.
Gomez, 32, shared the update on Instagram, posting a carousel of pictures that included on of the GIGANTIC rock, and another of her and Blanco, 36, embracing as she flashed her new jewellery to the camera.
"Forever begins now..." she wrote.
Blanco also added in a comment: "Hey wait… that’s my wife."

It's believed the pair started dating in June last year, confirming their relationship several months later.
Speaking to Time magazine in May this year, Gomez admitted she'd 'accepted' the idea of being single before things kicked off with Blanco.
"I was alone for five years and I got really used to it. A lot of people are afraid of being alone and I probably tortured myself in my head for like two years being alone, and then I kind of accepted it," she told the publication.

Referring to her relationship with Blanco, she continued: "Then I came up with my plan, which was I was going to adopt at 35 if I had not met anyone.
"It just happens when you least expect it."
Fast forward to today, and the duo are now set to become husband and wife, with Gomez sharing a sweet picture of a romantic picnic set-up as she gazed adoringly at her ring.

It didn't take long for the comments to be flooded with well wishes from others, with none other than Taylor Swift writing: "Yes I will be the flower girl."
The news came as a shock to many other famous friends, with Cardi B also commenting: "Waiiiitttt hold on."
Clearly happy for the bride-to-be, Gwyneth Paltrow said: "SELENAAAAAAA."
Suki Waterhouse added: "Congratulations beauty!"

Still, the news may not come as a huge surprise to anyone, given Blanco's comments earlier this year on The Howard Stern Show.
The music producer gushed that he could see marriage in his future with Gomez, as Stern said to him: “You are some boyfriend, you’re knocking it out the park. I see love here, I’m predicting marriage.”
Blanco replied: “You and me both."
When Stern asked if he had a ring yet, Blanco admitted: "I don’t have anything. I got no shoes on! I gotta get my act together.”
