Rosie O’Donnell has dished on an unexpected ‘worst’ guest she ever had on her talk show, and you’re not going to believe it.
O’Donnell has been in the news quite a lot recently.
First, it was because of her battle of words against US president Donald Trump, then it was because she moved to Ireland after Trump’s inauguration, and then it was because Trump threatened to revoke her US citizenship.
Thankfully, this time, the news coming from her has nothing to do with the POTUS, but it does have something to do with the world’s favourite actor.

If you didn’t watch the Rosie O’Donnell Show back in the 90s, this might come to a shock to you. The comedian and actress hosted her show for years, which saw a trove of famous A-listers take to her sofa, to talk about their upcoming projects, and personal lives.

Barbra Streisand was listed as her ‘favourite’ guest, and Martin Short was name-dropped as one of her most memorable.
She explained to Australian talk show, Sam Pang Tonight: “Because you come out and say, ‘How you doing, Marty?’ and it’s over for you.

“He stands up and he goes, ‘I’m here!’ He was the funniest and the nicest guy, so I would say Marty Short was definitely one of the best.”
But as for her worst experience... it was Keanu Reeves.
Before you kick off and deny it being a possibility, as he’s the nicest human alive - hear her out.
“One of the worst, who, I love the guy, but he’s not good on talk shows: Keanu Reeves,” O’Donnell recalled on Monday (13 October).

“He’s so sweet, he looks gorgeous, I love all his movies, but he would not answer a question,” she continued.
She explained how his quiet nature was a problem for her, and it meant that she wasn’t getting the material she needed.
O’Donnell added: “I’d say, ‘So, Keanu, how’s it going? How are you feeling?’
"[He’d respond] ‘Good.’ We were live. We couldn’t retape.

"I finally said after three minutes, ‘You know, Keanu, it is a talk show. You have to talk.’”
However, he came back to her show after the trainwreck, and seemed to have improved.
“But he did come back, and he got the hang of it,” she added, calling him ‘a lovely man and a good-hearted guy, so I don’t wanna throw him under the bus'.

Later on in the interview, she asked him: “You don't do a lot of these shows do you? Do you hate them?”
Reeves replied: “I'm not comfortable with them, but they're fun. It's alright.”
Recently, O’Donnell has also spoken up about another celebrity, Ellen DeGeneres.
For 30 years, the pair were as thick as thieves, but their friendship came to a ‘painful’ end.
It came just two years after both celebs came out as lesbians, when DeGeneres claimed during an interview on Larry King Live that she 'doesn't know' O'Donnell, adding: "We're not friends."
"I couldn't believe it. I have photos of her holding my newborn babies. I knew her for 30 years," O'Donnell said.
