Rihanna has revealed she’s pregnant with her third child, having shown off her bump at the 2025 Met Gala.
As the star was photographed at the Carlyle Hotel, where many celebs glam up for the big event, many people couldn’t help but notice an exciting detail about her appearance.
“WAIT IS SHE,” one wrote on X, with another asking: “Is she pregnant again? Omgggg.”
A third said: “RIHANNA IS PREGNANT AGAIN OMFG.”

A fourth commented: “Rihanna is really pregnant with baby #3 that Met Gala glow gon chew omfggg! ASAP Rocky won.”
Many others feared a pregnancy might interfere with her promised new album, with one joking: “We're never getting that damn album.”
She had also earlier taken part in a photoshoot with photographer Miles Diggs, who snapped her walking through New York traffic in the rain - her belly an obvious focal point against her grey two-piece.
Her partner A$AP Rocky later told CBS on the red carpet: “Rihanna’s outfit tonight is ... I don’t know, whatever, just don’t cover her baby hump, you dig?”
He then let out a happy laugh and turned away, as members of the press could be heard cheering.
Rihanna already has two children with A$AP Rocky – sons RZA Athelston Mayers and Riot Rose Mayers - having famously confirmed her last pregnancy with style at the Super Bowl Halftime show in 2023.
In an interview with Harper’s Bazaar, she spoke fondly about parenthood, saying the ‘greatest thing’ about her partner is ‘seeing him be a dad’.
Explaining how he exudes ‘pureness’ and ‘charm’ when hanging out with their children, she added: “I’m annoyed because my sons sometimes just live for him more than they live for me.
“And I’m like, ‘Did you know who cooked you? Do you know who pushed you out?’ And they love him, but when I see it, oh, it’s the best.”
Speaking to Interview magazine last year, the star said she’d be keen to have more children, but that ultimately it was all down to fate.
When asked how many kids she hoped to have, Rihanna responded: "As many as god wants me to have... I don’t know what god wants, but I would go for more than two. I would try for my girl.
"But of course if it’s another boy, it’s another boy."
