Nara later shared a video just eight hours after giving birth, asking followers if they could guess the name of their fourth little one.

On Monday (13 October), Nara shared two images of their little one, revealing the name they have chosen.

"Fawnie Golden Smith," she wrote.
"Our little golden girl born on my birthday welcomed to this world by Lucky. Her entry into this world was graceful, gentle and oh so magical. Soaking all the love and snuggles!"
The post had hundreds of comments from fans who adored the name, but others thought it was an unusual choice and wondered if there was a deeper reason behind the name they had shared.
As people questioned the meaning behind the unique name, one person wrote: "Maybe their names are cover ups for their real name to keep their real identity hidden?"

One responded: "This is my fav theory."
And another said: "There's crazy people out there. Maybe in case a crazy fan wants to find out what school they go to. Idk if it's true but it would make sense they would want to keep their children's names a secret."
While a fourth added: "I agree because I can't imagine real life adults one day with those names."
And a fifth said: "Hoping it’s just the social media name & not the legal one."

The adorable clip saw the parents cradling Nara's bump, with the mum-of-four adding: "Baby 4 loading."

The pair had recently admitted that they had finished growing their family with their third baby.
"Well, we have three. So, you're done," Lucky said in a joint interview with GQ.
Smith then responded: "Yep, I'm done." However, Lucky then reminded Nara: "You did want six. When we first met, you wanted six."
Speaking about having her children earlier in life, Nara added to the publication: "I want to build my life with them rather than trying to integrate them into my life later."
