After Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly yesterday announced the birth of a beautiful baby girl together, fans of the former couple have been wondering where their relationship stands now.
When the pair announced the news they were expecting a child last November, some fans were left scratching their heads after the couple previously revealing they'd called time on their engagement. It came after weeks of the rumour mill churning about the status of their relationship, as fans questioned what had gone down.

March - Hired as co-stars
Following a chance meeting in the years prior while Fox, 38, was married to ex-husband Brian Austin, she and MGK (real name Colson Baker) came face-to-face properly on the set of 2021 serial killer flick Midnight in the Switchgrass.
The actress later claimed that she immediately felt a connection to the rockstar rapper.
"It was obvious from second one what it was going to be," she told GQ Style in 2021. "I did not anticipate walking right into my soulmate like that.
"I was obviously over the way I had been living, and those paths lined up, those doors opened. It was [as if] all the obstacles that had kept us apart all those years [had been removed] and we were able to finally intersect."
May - Secret meet-ups
In the months that followed, the pair were seen enjoying some one-on-one time together.
"They seem to have fun and look happy together," a source told PEOPLE at the time. "Megan only sees him when the kids are with Brian."
In May, Megan starred in MGK's music video for 'Bloody Valentine', famously stepping on his duct-tape covered face with bare feet.
June - 'Twin flames'
Giving their first joint interview to promote their thriller movie, Fox alluded to the fact they were now an official couple.
"I knew right away that he was what I call a twin flame," she told listeners of the Give Them Lala podcast.
"Instead of a soul mate, a twin flame is actually where a soul has ascended into a high enough level that it can be split into two different bodies at the same time.
"So we’re actually two halves of the same soul, I think. And I said that to him almost immediately, because I felt it right away."
July - Hard launch
The couple went Insta-official. Sharing a selfie of the two side-by-side in coordinating black fits, 34-year-old MGK penned the caption: "Waited for eternity to find you again....".
Fox shared a similar snap with the caption: "Achingly Beautiful Boy - My heart is yours."
September - The 'L' bomb
During an appearance on The Howard Stern Show, the musician claimed his new beau changed his outlook on romance, claiming he 'didn't know' what 'love was' until they met.
"After I made the big chunk of the album, I did fall in love for the first time," he continued. "That was my first experience with being open to love and stuff like that."
"I definitely wasn’t set up to believe that that’s something that could ever exist."
The same month, the pair were also seen locking lips after Fox appeared in the music video for his track 'Drunk Face'.
November - Red carpet debut
The couple appeared side-by-side at the American Music Awards, where Fox rocked an emerald green Azzi & Osta one-sleeve top and matching mini skirt.

May - First anniversary
"She said ‘i love you’ one year ago today," MGK tweeted on 26 May.
The same month, the Jennifer's Body actress also made an appearance on stage during her musician boyfriend's Indy 500 weekend.
July - Poster girl
Speaking to GQ, the rock star re-iterated that Fox has long been the woman of his dreams, claiming he even had her 2008 'Sexiest Woman in the World' photoshoot posters on his walls as a teen.
September - Double dates
Fox was joined in the girls bathroom of that year's VMAs by Kourtney Kardashian, with the gal pair being photographed locking lips with their partners, MGK and Blink-182 drummer Travis Barker, behind the scenes.
2022
January - MGK pops the question
Fox shared a video on Instagram of the rap star getting down on one knee and asking her to marry him.
In a gushy caption she wrote at the time, the Transformers star penned: "We were oblivious to the pain we would face together in such a short, frenetic period of time.
"Unaware of the work and sacrifices the relationship would require from us but intoxicated off of the love. And the karma.
"Somehow a year and a half later, having walked through hell together, and having laughed more than I ever imagined possible, he asked me to marry him. And just as in every lifetime before this one, and as in every lifetime that will follow it, I said yes. … and then we drank each other’s blood."
Sharing a video of the ring he'd selected on social media, MGK also explained: "Yes, in this life and every life.
"Beneath the same branches we fell in love under, i brought her back to ask her to marry me.
"i know tradition is one ring, but i designed it with Stephen Webster to be two: the emerald (her birth stone) and the diamond (my birth stone) set on two magnetic bands of thorns that draw together as two halves of the same soul forming the obscure heart that is our love. 1-11-2022".
February - New addition
The celebrity couple get a kitten named Whiskey together, sharing a snap of their new feline friend on social media.
May - Getting inked
For Fox's 36th birthday, the pair got matching ring-finger tattoos showing voodoo dolls with stitches and pinned hearts.
"Wishing the happiest birthday to my ethereal light being. i love you maki," MGK penned online.
August - Break-up rumours
After not being seen together for several weeks, MGK's Hulu documentary Life in Pink hears him confess he nearly took his own life one night while on the phone with the actress.
"I called Megan, I was like, 'You aren't here for me'," he explained. "I’m in my room, and I’m, like, freaking out on her, and, dude, I put the shotgun in my mouth, and I’m yelling on the phone, and, like, the barrel’s in my mouth.
"I go to cock the shotgun, and the bullet, as it comes back up, the shell just gets jammed. Megan’s, like, dead silent."
2023
February - A rough patch
Sources begin telling press that the couple are enduring a turbulent stage in their relationship behind the scenes.
One insider told PEOPLE: "They haven’t officially called off the engagement, but Megan took her ring off."
They added, however, that they 'have had issues in the past, [but] things seem pretty serious this time.'
After the pair were subsequently seen attending a marriage counselling meeting, another source told the publication: "Megan is still upset but is not giving up on their relationship. [Kelly] feels the same way.
"They are getting professional help because they want things to work out."
Fox was also forced to address cheating rumours with a statement on Instagram, slamming them as 'baseless'.
"There has been no third-party interference in this relationship of any kind," she wrote. "That includes, but is not limited to … actual humans, DMs, AI bots or succubus demons."
"While I do hate to rob you of running random baseless news stories that would have been much more accurately written by ChatGPT, you need to let this story die and leave all of these innocent people alone now."
March - Break time
An insider told Us weekly that the pair are 'currently on a break but are still in contact. They are very hot and cold'.
They added: "They have stalled wedding planning to work on their issues. Their relationship is pretty volatile at the moment.
"They are currently off, but still texting each other."
April - Some time in the sun
The pair are seen together holidaying in Hawaii.
A source also told Entertainment Tonight that MGK was doing everything he could to win Fox back.
"Megan and Machine Gun Kelly have been making an effort to work out their issues as a couple and things have been getting better," they claimed. "Machine Gun Kelly has been going out of his way to make sure Megan feels happy, loved, and secure with him."
August 2023 - Back on
The same publication reported that the pair were once again back 'in a really good place'.
"Everything between Megan and Machine Gun Kelly has been great lately," a source alleged.

March - The wedding is off
During an appearance on the Call Her Daddy podcast, Fox revealed that she and MGK had called off their engagement the year prior.
"I think that what I’ve learned from being in this relationship is that it’s not for public consumption," she explained.
"I think, as of now, I don’t have a comment on the status of the relationship, per se. What I can say is [he] is what I refer to as being my ‘twin soul’ and there will always be a tether to him, no matter what.
"I can’t say for sure what the capacity will be, but I will always be connected to him somehow. Beyond that, I’m not willing to explain."
November - Bun in the oven
Fox broke the news on 17 November that she and MGK are expecting their first child together.
"Nothing is ever really lost," she captioned the post. "Welcome back."
December - A nail in the coffin
Despite the exciting news of their incoming addition, the following month, both PEOPLE and TMZ reported that the pair had split up.
2025
March - The baby arrives
MGK confirmed yesterday (27 March) that Fox had given birth to a baby girl.
Informing their fans of the news on Instagram, he wrote: "She’s finally here!! Our little celestial seed."
The post was coupled with a short but sweet video of the infant's tiny hand.
