A housekeeper has taken legal action against Kylie Jenner over harassment, discrimination and wrongful termination allegations.

In a lawsuit filed on Friday (17 Apr), Angelica Hernandez Vasquez claimed she was subjected to 'severe and pervasive harassment' while employed by Jenner between September 2024 and August 2025.

According to court documents obtained by the Los Angeles Times, Vasquez had been treated with 'hostility and exclusion' by the 28-year-old from the day she was hired to work inside Jenner's Hidden Hills residence.

In her suit, made against Kylie Jenner Inc, Tri Star Services and La Maison Family Services, Vasquez alleged mistreatment from a head housekeeper identified as 'Patsy', and a supervisor, 'Elsi'.

The Salvadoran claims she was ceaselessly handed the most unfavourable cleaning tasks by the trio, and was often excluded from the central housekeeping team.

Vasquez, a practising Catholic, added in her suit that she was humiliated by other members of Jenner's team, claiming a number of remarks regarding her race, country of origin, religion and her immigration status. She accused the group of frequently mocking her accent and making unfair comments regarding her heritage, including remarks like 'Catholics are horrible people'.

Vasquez also cited alleged incidents in which supervisors snapped their fingers while yelling at her. On other occasions, the group reportedly demanded to inspect her mobile phone.

In the suit, she claims she attempted to raise her discrimination concerns following Thanksgiving in 2024, but that this move only caused the harassment to escalate.

At the same time, Vasquez found her scheduled working hours had been dramatically reduced.

After making another formal complaint in March 2025, she alleges that a supervisor made threats against her while throwing coat hangers at her feet.

Four months later, Vasquez took medical leave, but felt she had 'no choice but the resign' in August.

She hasn't personally accused Jenner of any bullying behaviour, but says the reality TV star repeatedly failed to pay her properly.

Vasquez cited instances of receiving less payment than expected, being paid late, failing to receive her overtime pay, and not being reimbursed for business expenses she was owed.

Now, she's seeking damages 'in the form of unpaid wages, meal and rest period premium pay, unreimbursed business expenses, unpaid sick leave, and all other compensation unlawfully withheld'.

Tyla contacted Jenner's representatives for comment.
