Just weeks after breaking the news that she has been diagnosed with a brain aneurysm, Kim Kardashian has shed light on the possible cause.
During a trailer for the current series of The Kardashians released back in October, the 45-year-old opens up about a recent blow she was dealt with regards to her health.
In the clip, Kim is seen going into an MRI scanner, later telling her famous family: "There was a little aneurysm."
Reacting in horror, her big sister Kourtney is then seen exclaiming, 'Woah!'.

Elsewhere in the episode, the TV star is seen crying over her divorce from ex-husband Kanye West, alluding to the split having been a contributing factor to her health woes.
"I’m happy it’s over," she told viewers. "My ex will be in my life no matter what. We have four kids together."

The mother-of-four has since provided her fans with an update, explaining that stressful situations were confirmed by doctors as the cause of her aneurysm.
During the latest episode of her Hulu series, her interaction with Kourtney is played in full.
"I called Keith Black, the brain surgeon, and I sent him a picture of it," Kim explains. "He was like, 'I want you to come in for all this imaging'."
She continued: "I asked, 'Can I wait? What makes it rupture?' They’re like, 'Just stress.'"
Later on, the SKIMS boss opened up on her busy schedule, admitting she'd been feeling overwhelmed having to balance her law exam studies, filming for Ryan Murphy's legal drama All's Fair, and being a single mother.

She explains on the show: "I’m like, 'OK, I’m taking the bar exam. I’m studying 10 hours a day." Kim also noted that her stress levels had become 'next level to the point of hives now.'
The reality TV star continued: "I have four kids that depend on me. I have to be sane. It's stressful out there, but this aneurysm can't be stressed."
In response, Kourtney expressed her concern for her little sister, who she believed to be overexerting herself.
In a confessional, the 46-year-old told viewers: "I'm definitely worried about Kim. She has so much going on between work and her four kids that I don't want her to have an aneurysm."
Speaking to Kim directly, Kourtney continued: "I'm not shaming or judging, but isn't there a time to do it later once your kids are more grown and they don't need you as much?"

Kim went on to tell viewers in a confessional of her own that she's 'addicted to studying'.
"I love that my kids see me go to school," she continued.
"When I drop them off at school, they see me go to school. I enjoy that. I love educating myself.
"I just wouldn't feel like myself if I was always learning and trying new things."
