Peter Andrews, the father of Katie Prince's 'missing' husband, Lee, has spoken out on his son's whereabouts.
Lee Andrews' disappearance first hit headlines earlier this month after the Dubai businessman failed to attend a scheduled Good Morning Britain interview with Price, whom he married in January.
Some days later, the former glamour model claimed in a YouTube vlog: "I don’t really know where to begin, but I know there’s all this speculation about Lee from when I met him. Something really, really serious has happened. Lee has been missing for three days.
"The last time I heard from Lee was Wednesday night at 10 o’clock. He was trying to go through the border in Dubai to get on a flight to me."
The couple got married in January (Instagram/@wesleeeandrews) Price later shared text messages from Andrews with The Sun, in which he claimed he was being 'detained' at a 'black site' after being 'arrested'.
The plot further thickened when Andrews' Instagram account followed a mystery woman, despite him failing to contact Price on her 48th birthday.
Now, Andrews' father has provided an update, claiming his son has been imprisoned in Dubai.
Speaking to the Daily Mail, Peter claimed Andrews has remained in custody in the UAE on an unknown charge since earlier this month. He added that he's set to speak with Andrews later today (24 May).
"Lee is OK," he explained. "He has not been kidnapped, but he is under arrest. I don't know on what charge.
"I'm not sure where he is being held. But he will call me later today."

She added: "We are now wondering, as far-fetched as it is, that he’s a missing person now, I don’t know if he’s been kidnapped. No one can find him in any prison, any police station; the police can’t find any record of him."
After Andrews failed to reach out on her birthday last week, the mother-of-five claimed she'd be 'taking a step back' from the investigation.
"There’s only one person I need to look after, and that’s myself, so I’m taking a step back," Price said on her popular podcast. "I don’t know what’s true, what’s not true - I don’t know.
Price previously claimed she was 'taking a step back' from the investigation (Instagram/@wesleeeandrews) "My tentacles are up, my antennas are up, and I’ve decided to take a step back from everything, assess everything in my way, and just continue with my life.
"What will be will be. I’ve got so many exciting things coming up, and I’m not letting this ruin anything."
Price continued: "So I feel a lot better today because it’s out of my hands and I’m not going to make any more comments anywhere. And if there’s anything that I need to say, I’ll say it on here."
