Heidi Klum, 50, reveals major benefit of 16-year age gap with husband

Heidi Klum has revealed the perks of being married to a younger man.

The model, 50, is married to 34-year-old German guitarist Tom Kaulitz, with the pair tying the knot back in 2019.

Heidi also has four kids - who she shares with ex-husband Seal - and recently opened up about her lifestyle and how she juggles all of her kids while finding time for herself.

She explained that now her children are teenagers, her social life has seriously taken off.

But it's not just because she's got more free time.

Heidi also credited her husband, revealing a major benefit of marrying someone junior.

“When you have four kids, they keep you up day and night because trust me, with four, there’s always one - either [one] has a fever, the next one has a bad dream… there is always something going on,” she told Fox News Digital.

“So I feel like with them all being older now, maybe it also has to do with my younger husband.

"I don’t know, but it’s just fun. It’s fun to go to a club. I enjoy music most of the time.”

Heidi explained that she has no problem when it comes to keeping up with Tom's social life, explaining she's even happy to stay up until the birds sing.

“I’m going to the club and I look around, and I’m like, ‘Am I the oldest person here?’ And I’m like, ‘I think I am,’” she continued.

“Then I feel really good when I look at Tiësto and I’m like, actually, Tiësto has five years on me, so I’m good."

The model is mum to Leni, 19, Henry, 18, Johan, 17 and Lou, 14.

While she shares her three youngest children with ex, Seal, her eldest child - who she welcomed in 2004 with businessman Flavio Briatore - was officially adopted by the musician back in 2009.

Heidi and Seal split in 2012 after having been married for almost seven years, she then wed Tom seven years later in 2019.

Heidi has previously opened up about the pair's age gap, admitting that she never really thinks about it until people bring it up.

“Lately, I’m being reminded more about my age by people other than myself. My boyfriend is many years younger than me, and lots of people are questioning that and asking about it,” she told InStyle in 2018.

“That’s really the only time when age seems to be shoved in my face and I have to give an answer for it.

“You have to just live a happy life without worrying too much about what people think because worrying is only going to give you more wrinkles.”
