People have suggested Elon Musk has won the 'worst parent award' after leaving his child 'little X' on stage.
A heartbreaking clip has resurfaced from Donald Trump's 'Make America Great Again Victory Rally' in Washington DC on 19 January. Musk, who now fronts the Department of Government Efficiency, has been working very closely with the American President.
The tech billionaire was invited along, but left people shocked when he decided to bring his four-year-old son on stage. 'Little X' has made numerous appearances since his dad was brought into a role in Trump's government. One of those was at the White House Oval Office, which proved to be controversial.

But people were horrified when a clip resurfaced from the rally at a different angle, showing that the dad-of-13 had left his son and seemingly forgotten about him.
The CEO marched off the stage and down the stairs, with his four-year-old trying to keep up behind him, but simply not being paid attention to.
One person on TikTok described the video as 'heartbreaking'.
"Elon Musk abandoned his four-year-old son, leaving him to wander off the stage alone," another wrote.
"This is one of the saddest things I've ever seen."
A third said: "That baby is just an accessory."
An attendee of the rally could be heard shouting from the crowd 'Wait! You're leaving your little boy'.
One user on Reddit wrote: "This is not unexpected behaviour. I feel like he’s already earned the Worst Parent award several times this year."
Another agreed, and added: "He has no business taking his child to this event if he can't keep an eye on him. The child has a nanny, that's who he should be with."
But others noted that someone was probably there to look after his kid at the bottom, as the staircase Musk was walking down was different to the one X used.
One cleverly pointed out: "I hate musk but the way this is filmed makes it seem like the child just DISAPPEARED.
"The second staircase that the camera focuses on isn't the one they both walked down.
"I bet Elon stopped and when X got off the stairs, he ran up to him.
"Truth over hate, and I hate Musk."
Musk shares the little boy with his former partner and singer Grimes, who has previously called him out publicly for his poor parenting.
One user noted: "I feel so sorry for Grimes, I hope she is able to get him."
The songwriter wrote to Musk on his platform X, urging him to do something about one of their three children's health recently.
She said: "Please respond about our child’s medical crisis. I am sorry to do this publicly, but it is no longer acceptable to ignore this situation. This requires immediate attention."
In the since-deleted posted, she added: "If you don’t want to talk to me, can you please designate or hire someone who can, so that we can move forward on solving this.
"This is urgent, Elon."
