Grey's Anatomy stars Caterina Scorsone and E.R. Fightmaster have reportedly taken their romance off-screen.
The 44-year-old actress, who plays neurosurgeon Dr. Amelia Shepherd, and the 33-year-old non-binary star, who portrays Dr. Kai Bartley, in the ABC medical TV drama, were pictured holding hands and spending time together in Los Angeles on Sunday (22 March).
The duo was spotted while shopping, three years after their character's on-screen relationship arc played out on the series, created by Shonda Rhimes.
In pictures shared by E! News, Scorsone is sporting a short-sleeved green T-shirt and a matching cap, while Fightmaster is donning a white shirt and black jeans.

According to the publication, Scorsone and Fightmaster have spent time together publicly periodically over the years, such as attending an Angel City FC game in 2023 and Elton John’s EJAF Oscars 2026 after-party together earlier this month.
While neither party has confirmed an official romance, fans have taken the hand-holding as a sign that chemistry could be on the cards.

Back in season 19, the pair's Grey's Anatomy characters had a short-lived romance that ended over long distance when Kai moved to London for a job.
Fightmaster made history as they portrayed the first non-binary character in a recurring role in the TV show.
Their character worked at the Grey Center for Medical Research in Minnesota, with Amelia and the titular character Meredith, to conduct research on a cure for Parkinson’s disease.
Previously speaking with Shondaland, Scorsone reflected on their character's relationship.
She said: "The Kaimelia situation was such a heartbreak for Amelia because they were such a beautiful match, and they both had this really electric understanding of the brain and neurosurgery.
"But life circumstances weren’t matching up, and there were all these externals that made it impossible. So since that heartbreak, she’s really been focused on medicine, which I think is actually the love of her life - her passion for the miracle of medicine and the human body."

Fightmaster has also spoken out on the pair's relationship during a 2023 conversation with Fr Conventions.
They said of Scorsone: "She's a really special person. A lot of our values align too. I bring her with me to a lot of stuff, and she brings me along to a lot of stuff.
"The last thing we did together that I was super stoked about was I bring her to WNBA events and we got to meet Brittney and Cherelle Griner, and that was awesome. Before that, we had volunteered at a high school with theater kids."
Tyla has contacted representatives for Scorsone and Fightmaster for comment.
