In terms of stature, Barron Trump stands more than just a few centimetres taller than his famous mother and father, Donald and Melania Trump - and the US president has detailed ‘why’ this could be.
19-year-old Barron is the youngest son of Trump, 78, and the only child he shares with his third wife and First Lady of the United States, Melania, 55.
A student at NYU’s Stern School of Business, Barron previously lived in Florida and attended the Oxbridge Academy in West Palm Beach.
The teenager, who has remained relatively out of the spotlight during his sophomore studies, has previously been described as instrumental in helping his famous father win the 2024 presidential election.

It’s understood he played a huge part in capturing the ‘youth vote’, advising Trump to appear on certain podcasts in a bid to recruit young voters.
Barron was present at the businessman’s second inauguration in Washington this January - an appearance that sparked major debate online.
Many were quick to quip about Barron’s height and how he absolutely towered over both his father and mother at the event.
"How frickin' tall is Barron Trump???" one Twitter user penned. "His father is 6'3" and the kid towers over him! There's gotta be giants' blood in that family."
Another asked: "How the hell is Barron trump sooo tall."
"It really is insane how tall Barron Trump is!" declared a final Twitter user.
Unbelievably, Barron is reportedly a staggering 6 feet 7 inches.
That’s a whole four inches on his dad and a staggering nine inches taller than Melania.
But where has Barron got his height from? Well, according to Trump, it’s through eating home-cooked meals.
While holding court at his campaign headquarters in Des Moines, Iowa, he claimed Amalija Knavs, the late mother of his wife Melania, was responsible for his son’s height.
“Great people, great parents to all of us, really. Great parents, but also to Barron. Boy, did she take care of Barron,” the US Mirror reported.
"That's how he got so tall, he only ate her food,” he continued. “I said. 'You're gonna be a basketball player'.
"He said, Well, I like soccer dad', actually. I thought... 'At your height, I like basketball better.' But you can't talk them into everything'.”
The businessman added that his youngest child was a ‘special boy’.
When asked what his son is likely to do in the future, Trump told Megyn Kelly that he is a ‘good-looking kid’ and that he may one day follow the same path as his father.
Barron has four older siblings in Don Jr., 47, Ivanka, 43, Eric, 41, and Tiffany Trump, 31.
The eldest three children are from his first marriage to the late Ivana Trump, whom he was married to between 1977 and 1990.
His youngest daughter, Tiffany, was born two months before his marriage to his second wife, Marla Maples, 61, in 1993. The pair separated in 1997 and divorced in 1999.
