Amanda Holden has shared an incredibly touching tribute to her stillborn son, Theo.

Amanda, who shares daughters Lexi and Hollie with her husband Chris Hughes, sadly suffered the huge loss over a decade ago.

The former Britain's Got Talent judge took to Instagram earlier this morning (1 February) to share a photo of a candle burning alongside a sweet caption.

The mum-of-two suffered the stillborn birth back 2011, just a year after she miscarried another baby.

She regularly pays tribute to her son, with 2022's tribute seeing Amanda share a picture of her stillborn son’s footprints on Instagram, writing: "You would have been 11 today. I’m still grateful you chose us for your journey .. #Theo."

Marking Baby Loss Awareness Week that year, she also wrote: "I am honoured you chose us to be your parents for a moment on earth but forever in our hearts ..our angel boy #Theo #waveoflight @tommys Goodnight my angel .. dedicated to you from Mummy x."

And, this year's tribute read: "You would have become a teenager today... #Theo," alongside a red heart emoji.

Amanda previously opened up about the traumatic loss during a segment on her Heart Radio show.

"We lost our baby Theo at 28 weeks, and they very sensitively moved me into another room so I could deliver him without having to hear the lovely babies screaming on a normal ward," she said.

"Often that's not thought about, it's little things like that."

Amanda shared a sweet tribute to Theo on her Instagram Story today (1 February).

She continued: "I just remember hearing this woman just screaming and screaming and then it was actually - it was me, I realised it was me that was screaming.

"It was the most surreal, out-of-body experience and I was actually calling my daughter's name because I was just terrified about what to tell Lexi at the time."

Amanda added: "I held him in my arms and I said goodbye, basically. But I couldn't have done it without the incredible team around us.

"My husband was so strong and so amazing but they got him through it too."

Amanda and Chris tied the knot in 2018 after welcoming their first child Alexa in 2006, followed by Hollie back in 2012.
