Bad Bunny headlined the Super Bowl halftime show on Sunday (8 February) and despite all the excitement, there was one very high profile critic who was not amused.
The Grammy-winning artist, 31, performed at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, California, and his performance has garnered rave reviews.
Bad Bunny, real name Benito Antonio Martínez Ocasio, has been openly critical of Trump amid his crackdown on immigration, which has led to controversial ICE raids and deaths.
As Bad Bunny took to the stage on Sunday, Trump lashed out in a scathing rant on social media.

"The Super Bowl Halftime Show is absolutely terrible, one of the worst, EVER!," Trump said on Truth Social.

"It makes no sense, is an affront to the Greatness of America, and doesn’t represent our standards of Success, Creativity, or Excellence.
"Nobody understands a word this guy is saying, and the dancing is disgusting, especially for young children that are watching from throughout the U.S.A., and all over the World," he added.
"This 'Show' is just a 'slap in the face' to our Country, which is setting new standards and records every single day — including the Best Stock Market and 401(k)s in History!
"There is nothing inspirational about this mess of a Halftime Show and watch, it will get great reviews from the Fake News Media, because they haven’t got a clue of what is going on in the REAL WORLD — And, by the way, the NFL should immediately replace its ridiculous new Kickoff Rule. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! President DONALD J. TRUMP."
Bad Bunny's performance was heavily inspired by Puerto Rico and he sang in Spanish, which has drawn criticism from some fans who vowed to boycott the show. He briefly switched to English for a single line — 'God bless America' — before naming countries across Central, South, and North America as dancers carried their flags. Behind them, a billboard displayed the message: "The only thing more powerful than hate is love", and the segment ended with him holding a football marked with the English slogan: "Together, We Are America."
But despite threats of a boycott, early reports suggest Bad Bunny smashed viewership records and now holds the accolade for the most watched halftime show in history, besting Kendrick Lamar who headlined last year.

Bad Bunny's Super Bowl halftime show reportedly drew a massive audience of 135.4 million fans. The previous record holder, 'Luther' rapper Kendrick Lamar, amassed a similarly impressive 133.5 million viewers.
Despite all the negative noise, Bad Bunny's love letter to his culture on stage clearly left a lasting impact on millions.
