We knew it would be somewhere dreamy...

This weekend, we had a very hectic time binge-watching the entire series of Too Hot To Handle. And although we were completely addicted, it left us desperate for a bit of sun.

The Netflix reality show is located in a private, beachfront villa complete with an infinity pool, gym and jacuzzi. Basically, it's a complete paradise and we've been dreaming about it all week.

So where is this luxurious pad located?

Well, it's now been revealed that the swanky villa, Casa Tau, is located in Punta Mita, Mexico. It's part of a gated community and only opened in 2018.

It has a whopping 12 guest rooms, despite contestants having to sleep in just one, which includes three suites featuring a sea view.

There's also a butler service available around the clock as well as a 'palapa' - which is the main outdoor dining area - a private beach and a roof terrace.

It's big enough to house 27 people and also includes a fully equipped gym and spa and 20 staff on site, including five butlers, concierge, two chefs and four cooks, five housekeepers, an estate manager, maintenance staff and two gardeners.

Of course, this kind of luxury doesn't come cheap and the enormous villa has a hefty price tag.

Specific prices are available on request, but it's been previously reported that the average rate per day is approximately $12,500 (£10,100) with a $15,000 (£12,130) security deposit.

For anyone who is yet to binge the show in one sitting, here's a recap on what's involved. Basically, the show sees 10 singles from around the world, living together in a villa. We know, it sounds like Love Island - but it's actually very different.

There's a huge twist to the game. The contestants, who are all commitment-phobes, compete to win a prize of $100,000 (£80,700).

But to win the cash, they mustn't get up to any naughty antics - no cuddling, kissing - basically no getting up close and personal.

The more they break the rules - the more the prize money goes down. There are eight episodes to get stuck into, which we think is completely do-able in one day?

If you've already made your way through the series, all that's left to do is daydream about Casa Tau. Since viewers found out where the show was filmed, many have been tweeting about wanting to book a sun soaked getaway.

We don't know about you but we'd settle for *anywhere* with a beach and a cocktail RN...
