As for the plot, Netflix revealed: "Late bloomer Otis must master his newly discovered sexual urges in order to progress with his girlfriend Ola, whilst also dealing with his now strained relationship with Maeve."

The streaming giant added: "Moordale Secondary is in the throes of a Chlamydia outbreak, highlighting the need for better sex education at the school, and new kids come to town who will challenge the status quo."

The new series will also see Maeve and Aimee's relationship grow stronger than ever now she's finally ditched the "Untouchables" for good.

Plus, Lily is set to hit pause on her sexual endeavours to focus on her creative talents, and she'll find a new friend in Ola in the process.

In Season 1, Adam bullies Eric for being gay but ends up hooking up with him. (

In season two, Jackson is still facing a great deal of pressure from his parents to succeed, too - and not just in the world of sports. Netflix also teased: "Jean and Jakob's relationship is discovered - and they have to learn how to operate as a blended family".

But in the best news of all, Eric starts to notice his newfound self-confidence is attracting unfamiliar kinds of attention. We are hopeful Eric finally gets the love he deserves, even if it isn't found with Adam who has been shipped off to military school.
