Disney+ subscribers are in for a treat this weekend, as new movie Onward is dropping on the streaming service.
You can watch the trailer below:
Set in a world where humans do not exist, the film focuses on two teenage elf brothers, Ian (Tom Holland) and Barley (Chris Pratt), who embark on a magical quest to bring their late dad back to life for just 24 hours.

The heartwarming movie follows their adventure, from challenges to magical discoveries, and begins on Ian's 16th birthday. Prior to their dad's death, he had arranged for the brothers to be gifted a spell that would bring him back for just a day to see them once they were both 16.
We know, *sob*.
But the spell doesn't quite go to plan and only the bottom half of their dad returns. Ian and Barley have just hours to spend some quality time with their half a dad - and it all gets a bit bonkers when they attach a makeshift torso to his legs!

Although hilarious, the movie follows how the brothers come to terms with their dad's death, and you'll be bawling your eyes out by the end.
It drops on Friday 2nd October, so just in time for the weekend, or a Friday film night.
And in other very exciting Disney news, a live-action sequel to the 2019 remake of The Lion King is on the way!
The film was a huge success when it was released last year, grossing $1.6billion (£1.5million) worldwide, and although the plot is being kept under wraps, it's reported that Jeff Nathanson, who penned the first script, has "completed an initial draft".

According to Deadline, the story will delve deeper into certain characters, including Mufasa's origin story, and will be directed by Oscar winner Barry Jenkins.
The original live-action remake included Chiwetel Ejiofor (Scar), John Oliver (Zazu), Donald Glover (Simba), Beyoncé (Nala), James Earl Jones (Mufasa), Seth Rogen (Pumbaa) and Billy Eichner (Timon). So we're expecting big things from the sequel!
