Warning - spoilers for episode two of Game of Thrones ahead...

Episode two of the HBO fantasy drama aired in the US last night, with the latest instalment set to hit screens in the UK tonight (Monday, 22nd April). But you can already have a sneak peek at the third episode, which will air next week, with the latest trailer from HBO/Sky.

The 43 second-long preview at the next episode gives us our first look at the Battle of Winterfell, and it looks like it will be just as dramatic as fans have hoped for.

Newly knighted Ser Brienne of Tarth (Gwendoline Christie) screams in the trailer as she takes her place at the front of the army, telling the soldiers around her: "Stand your ground!" as they prepare for battle.

But seeing as the show isn't afraid to kill off major characters, could Brienne meet a grisly end during the Battle of Winterfell?

Meanwhile, other major players in Westeros are getting ready to face the Night King and the White Walkers he controls.

Sansa (Sophie Turner) says at the start of the trailer: "The most heroic thing we can do is look the truth in the face."

Jon Snow and Daenerys Targaryen are also seen in the short preview. "The Night King is coming," Jon says, and Daenerys replies: "The dead are already here."
