I'm A Celebrity's Vernon Kay Is Sending Cryptic Messages To Tess Daly And Kids On Air

Could Vernon Kay and Tess Daly be any cuter?

If *that* vow renewal story wasn't heartwarming enough, Vernon - who is currently taking part in this year's I'm A Celebrity...Get Me Out Of Here! - has been sending 'secret messages' to Tess and the kids on air.

Posting about her husband's antics in the Welsh castle this weekend, Tess, 51, shared a video of Vernon mouthing "hello Amber, hello Phoebe" into the camera on Friday evening.

"Loved Vernon waving hello to Phoebe & Amber tonight! So sweet they loved it!" Said Tess, who has been watching along at home with the couple's daughters.

And in the comments section of the Instagram post, Tess explained to fans that Vernon, 46, has been sending secret messages to TV presenter Tess.

"He touches his left ear as a signal for me. I'm delighted for the girls were made up!", she explained.

"[The girls] were so happy because it was the first time they were watching together it's been a bit late for Amber but it's Friday night so she was allowed up! Made their day (and mine!)", she added.

Vernon previously opened up about his marriage to Tess, telling a *very* romantic story about their vow renewals.

"We did it in France, about five years ago. I booked a weekend in our favourite hotel in the South of France and I spoke to her stylist at the time and I said I needed four dresses."

"She didn't know anything. I said I needed four dresses and I gave her a card and it said congratulations on your second wedding day and I said we're going to renew our vows."

After Vernon told the adorable story, Tess took to Instagram to share a snap of the day.

"So sweet listening to Vern recount the story of surprising me with renewing our vows. Here's a picture from that special day," she wrote.

Vernon isn't the only campmate who's been sending secret messages to their kids. Author Giovanna Fletcher has also been sending signals to her children, sons Buzz, six, Buddy, four and Max, two.

Speaking about the cute signal, Giovanna's husband - McFly's Tom Fletcher - explained when Giovanna touches her nose and wiggles her fingers, it's a nod to the boys.

Appearing on This Morning, Holly Willoughby asked Tom about the signal, with the singer replying: "Yeah that was a little signal.

"When she does that, that's a signal to the kids."

So adorable!
