Potterheads are in for a real treat this month, because a Harry Potter movie marathon is coming to Vue cinemas.

Yep, you'll be able to step back in time to revisit all eight of the films, from Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone to Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban and the Deathly Hallows Part 1 and 2.

The epic marathon will begin with the first four films - Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone, Chamber of Secrets, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire and Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban - showing at Vue cinemas from Friday 2nd October.

The binge fest will continue the following week, from Friday 9th October where the remaining four films - Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince and Deathly Hallows Part 1 and 2 - will be shown.

Eduardo Leal, Head of Screen Content at Vue Entertainment, said: "The Harry Potter films are some of our most-requested at Vue so we are thrilled to be able to treat fans to the whole series.

"Whether you're a hardcore fan who wants to binge the lot, a complete newcomer to the wizarding world, or if you just want to relive a particular favourite from the series, there is no better way to experience these great stories than on the big screen with the ultimate picture and sound quality."

The movie marathon will be showing for the first two weeks of October (

The Potterfest will run over the first two weeks of October only, so if you want to get involved and revisit the classics, you'll need to book tickets.

Since reopening earlier this year, Vue has been taking extra steps to ensure visitor safety. This includes encouraging booking online, socially distanced seating, face masks to be worn unless eating or drinking, reduced touch points and enhanced cleaning.

You can find out more information and book your seat over on the Vue website. Simply select your location and decide which film you want to watch (if not all of them!)
