If your plans this Friday night involve a takeaway and moving minimally from your sofa (no judgement here), then we have just the thing to pop on the tele.
Starting tonight, September 18th, season two of Five Guys A Week begins at 10pm on Channel 4 and its exactly the kind of easy-watching we need RN.
The brand new dating show concept, which was a massive hit when season one landed earlier this year, sees a single lady invite five guys she's never met before into her home over the course a week.

Cameras follow the action as the men go everywhere with their host, from chilled nights in to dinner dates.
By the end of the week, the woman must eliminate four of the men and give them their marching orders, until she's left with just one.
Episode one in the five episode series follows Tara, a 32-year-old business consultant from Halifax in Yorkshire, and five men competing to win her affections.

Tara says that near enough all of her friends are married and the most serious relationship she's even had is with her German Shepherd, Kaiser.
After a guy that makes her laugh (as the top in her list of requirements), she feels hopeful when "Peter Kay lookalike" Lou walks into her home arriving with a massive suitcase packed by his mum and a pillow with his face printed on as a gift.
Stiff competition comes in the form of Essex-based photographer Chris, who arrives with a homemade chocolate tart in his boot, hoping to impress Tara with his cooking skills.

There's also easy-on-the-eye northerner Kris, muscly oven cleaner Michael and shopping centre manager Adam, who reveals how cerebral palsy has affected his confidence.
Channel 4 says: "At the final romantic dinner - for three! - she must eliminate the runner-up and select her new partner. Tara realises it's all come down to an agonising choice between her head and her heart. When five guys become one, will she make the right choice?"
We cannot wait for season 2!
Five Guys A Week Season 2 starts at 10pm on Channel 4 on Friday 18th October.
