‘Celebrity Gogglebox’ Fans In Shock As Rylan’s Mum Reveals His Real Name

Celebrity Gogglebox viewers couldn't believe it when they discovered TV presenter Rylan Clark-Neal actually goes by a different name.

The This Morning host was watching telly with his mum Linda while filming for the Channel 4 show when she revealed he went by a different title - to the shock of many of his fans.
Talking about an iced bun he was helping himself to, Rylan said: "I bet you'll have one".
"No I won't," she replied. "Ross will you stop it, I don't want one".
Sorry, who is Ross?!
"Mum, they are nice though," he replied.
"You eat it then, I'll take a couple home with me," she clipped back.
"I was today years old when i found out rylan clark's real name is ross," one Twitter follower wrote after the scene aired.
As another questioned: "Did Rylan's mum just call him Ross? #CelebrityGogglebox".
"Can some confirm if @Rylan real name is Ross? I refuse to believe this is true information," a third penned.
Meanwhile, even fans who knew Rylan's real name found it strange to hear.
"Hearing Rylan being called Ross by his mother #CelebrityGogglebox I know it's his name just wasn't expecting it," one of his fans said.
"Ross? Who's Ross? #CelebrityGogglebox ....and then I realised, I had heard @Rylan say on Radio 2, that Ross was his birth name!," another wrote.
Rylan found fame on The X Factor back in 2012, before going on to win Celebrity Big Brother.
His real name is Ross Richard Clark, but he changed it when he was a teen working as a model.
Speaking to The Sun, Rylan said: "I leave Rylan at my front door and then I'm Ross at home, that's what [my husband Dan] and my family call me.
"Then the second I walk out of that front door, I'm Rylan because everyone can see".
